GreatFit offers three different pricing plans, including a free plan that allows users to conduct up to five chats per month, and a Pro plan that offers up to 250 chats per month. The tool enables hiring managers and founders to specify the level and tech-stack of the role they need to fill, then invite hundreds of candidates to meet the AI chatbot. The chatbot then generates a coding problem tailored to the role and organization's values and conducts a brief interaction to evaluate the candidate's soft skills.
