Current Project Status:
  1. Integrate with Asana (JM-722): This integration request is currently in the QA stage and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the quarter.
  2. Bug Fix: Emojis in Mobile Notifications (JM-723): This issue, reported by Nyke, has been resolved and marked as done.
Pipeline Overview:
  • The current pipeline for the Nyke account includes opportunities in various stages. For example, there is an opportunity in the "Needs Analysis" stage with a potential value of $1,000,000, set to close on June 23, 2022.
Action Items:
  • Ensure the Asana integration is on track for delivery by the end of the quarter.
  • Confirm with the R&D team that there are no outstanding issues related to Nyke in Zendesk and Jira.
Additional Notes:
  • Highlight the successful resolution of the emoji rendering issue in mobile notifications, demonstrating our responsiveness to Nyke's concerns.

Current Project Status:
In the past 30 days, the R&D team has been focusing on several key initiatives:
  1. Research and 360 in Chat: The team has been working on integrating the research and 360 functionalities into the chat interface. This includes handling different chat flows and ensuring that the system can differentiate between various modes of interaction
  2. Web Onboarding and Subscription Page: Efforts have been made to improve the web onboarding process and create a page that shows all user subscriptions. This is aimed at enhancing user experience and making it easier for users to manage their alerts and subscriptions
  3. Prompt Library and Tutorial: The team is also developing a prompt library and tutorial to help users better understand and utilize the research features. This includes creating training examples and refining the rephrasing prompts to ensure accurate and relevant responses
  4. Integration of Additional Platforms: There has been ongoing work to integrate additional platforms such as Gmail, Calendar, and Zoom into the research functionality. This will allow users to pull in data from these sources and enhance the different chat flows and ensuring that the system can differentiate between
